Poland’s Constitution- May 3, 1791 was the First written Constitution in Europe and the World’s Second after the Constitution of the United States.
The Constitution was adopted by Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, to ensure more freedom and political equality on its territory, and introduce the democratic constitutional monarchy republic with clear division of executive,legislative, and judiciary powers.
